Pastors & Staff

At Mission Street Church we would love to get to know you better.  We also want you to get to know us a little better.  Here is a brief description about who we are and some of the things we have been up to.

Pastor and Executive Director- Mickey Fenn

Mickey was born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA and  lived in Colorado for 25 years. Mickey returned to California to answer God’s call to become the Executive Director for Mission Street Church and through the grace of God, has transitioned into leading worship.  Mickey attended Dubuque Theological Seminary and completed their Lay Pastor program in May 2017, at which time she was ordained as a Commissioned Lay Pastor with a call to Mission Street Church.  Mickey simultaneously is attending the New Theological Seminary of the West for her Masters in Divinity. Mickey has been in management and patient care for 30 years, mostly in the medical/dental field where she also worked as a surgery assistant and patient coordinator. Mickey was married for 28 years and has two wonderful step-daughters and 3 amazing grandchildren (and yet she seems so young….) Mickey was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Colorado Springs for 22 years, where she served as an elder and deacon. She loves to reach out to anyone and everyone. Her greatest joy is to serve, in any capacity. She loves the game of golf, loves to walk on the beach and just “be” with her friends. Strange but true: Mickey was a cadet with the Huntington Beach police department.

Music Director-Joe Baugh

Joe Baugh is part of the heartbeat of Mission Street Church.  He can be found every Sunday leading us in prayer through music.  The music is innovative and worshipful and a large part of  who the Mission Street  community is in worship and out in the community.  Joe is a southern California based guitarist, producer and composer.  He has toured both nationally and internationally with Matt Redman, Tim Hughes, Rita Springer and many others.  Joe is an in -demand session musician in the SoCal area and is also the chief composer on MAV TV’s hit television show Full Custom Garage.  Joe holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in jazz performance from the California Institute of the Arts.  When Joe is not performing music on stage or recording in his studio, he can be found hiding out on a 25 acre citrus ranch playing fetch with his 90 lb Chesapeake Bay retriever, Koda!

Founding Pastor-Graham Baird

Graham is the founding Pastor of Mission Street Church and served through May of 2016.  Graham received a call to become the Interim Pastor for Goleta Presbyterian Church in Goleta, CA…just up the 101 near beautiful Santa Barbara.  You can still find Graham preaching once a month at Mission Street…he is part of our family! Graham has been a pastor for the past 15 years.  He earned his Master of Divinity at  Princeton Theological Seminary and is currently working on his Doctoral degree at Fuller.  He was the founding pastor of Highlands Church in Paso Robles and, most recently, the Senior Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Colorado Springs.  Graham is a fourth generation Presbyterian minister, and the author of the book One Hundred Years of Ministry: A Practical Guide for Pastors and Church Leaders.  Graham is married to his wife Star and has two daughters; Haley (8) and Sheena (4) and one son, Ewan (1).  In his spare time, Graham loves spending time with his family.   He also likes to cook, play bagpipes, lift weights and read.  A few interesting ‘nuggets’ about Graham is that he speaks Danish fluently and played piano in a piano bar during college.  To learn more about Graham and his ministry, visit his blog at
